Unexpected hurdles, but friendly staff
The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helped us when we were locked out. She saved the day!
However, we faced a major setback when we were locked out of our room for over three hours. It was frustrating since no one was around to help until finally, someone passed by.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We loved exploring Burney Falls and enjoyed swimming at Lake Britton. The motel is super convenient for visiting both spots. The beds were comfy and the place was clean—highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax and explore.
One room in our group had a toilet seat that didn’t fit properly, which was a bit weird. But other than that, we had a great time.

Had a wonderful stay while visiting Burney Falls and Lake Britton, which were just a short drive away. We loved chilling out by the garden area and enjoyed the peaceful sun terrace after a busy day. My only small issue was with the ice machine being a bit hard to spot, but it didn’t ruin our time at all! 😊

We enjoyed our stay, especially visiting the breathtaking Burney Falls. The room was immaculate, and Jim, the manager, was super friendly, making us feel welcome. Having a clean space and exploring outdoor activities nearby was a hit with our whole family, including the little one.
My children wanted more options for snacks and drinks available on-site, ideally something easy for families to grab. It would help make the stay more enjoyable for those with kids.

The staff was genuinely helpful, especially Jim, who went out of his way to ensure a smooth check-in. The room was clean, which made our stay comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our window, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
